Terms of Service

By purchasing from Second Star Co., you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products

Second Star Co. sells a variety of products including stickers, bookmarks, art prints, and apparel, with additional products such as tote bags and other items potentially added in the future.

Some items, such as stickers, bookmarks, and prints, are handmade. Other items, such as apparel and select merchandise, are produced through a print-on-demand partner.

Because many products are handmade or custom produced, slight variations in color, size, or placement may occur and are considered normal.

Orders

Once an order is placed, it will begin processing shortly after.

Orders may be canceled if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at checkout. Second Star Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace the item.

Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please email secondstarco.orders@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable so we can assist you.

Shipping

Processing times and shipping methods vary depending on the item purchased.

Sticker and paper product orders may be shipped via stamp mail, while apparel and certain products ship with tracking through standard carriers.

While we do our best to ship orders promptly, delivery times cannot be guaranteed once a package has been handed to the postal carrier.

Sticker orders shipped via stamp mail may have limited or unreliable tracking depending on the postal system used. Second Star Co. is not responsible for postal delays, lost packages, or carrier issues, though we are happy to help customers contact the carrier or explore possible solutions.

Customers who need faster or more secure delivery are encouraged to select upgraded shipping with full tracking at checkout.

Product Care

Our stickers and printed products are designed for normal use, but results may vary depending on the surface, environment, and handling.

Second Star Co. cannot guarantee performance on all surfaces and is not responsible for damage caused by improper application, environmental exposure, or normal wear and tear after use.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, graphics, and content created by Second Star Co. remain the intellectual property of Second Star Co.

Designs may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, digitized, or resold in any form without written permission.

Products purchased from Second Star Co. are intended for personal use only. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or commercial use of our designs is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Second Star Co. shall not be held liable for delays, damages, or losses resulting from postal carriers, shipping services, or circumstances outside of our control.
